What we collect

Your name, email, WhatsApp number, business details, domain preference, payment references and the content you send us for your website.

Why we collect it

To build and host your website, process payments, send receipts and reminders, and provide support. With your consent, we may also send occasional updates.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider (PayFast), hosting and email providers, and domain registrars — only as needed to deliver your service. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

For as long as you're a customer and for the period required by law afterwards. Website backups are retained for a limited period after cancellation, then deleted.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) you can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or object to marketing, by emailing us.
