We turn your chosen design into your website within 24 hours of receiving all your content (logo, photos and text). Delays in content, domain transfers, third-party services or custom requests can extend this.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. You choose a design, fill in a simple form about your business and we do the rest.
Who owns my domain?
Your domain is registered in your business's name. Domain registration and renewals are billed separately from your plan.
Can I change my content later?
Yes. Starter includes one small content update per month and Business includes two. Larger changes are quoted before we start.
What happens if I miss a payment?
We'll notify you and send reminders. If the account stays unpaid after the grace period in our terms, the website is suspended — not deleted. Once payment is received, it's restored.
Can I cancel?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in contract. Give us 30 days' notice and pay one final month's fee as your cancellation fee.
